A Joplin, MO area native, Wes has had a love of filmmaking and storytelling since he was 12. He studied film production and screenwriting at Missouri State University and graduated in 2013. He spent 7 years living in the Los Angeles area, working in various capacities in the film industry, including working for a PBS show and Disney Digital Network. Wes and his wife moved back to Joplin in 2020 where he continued to work on various creative projects, including co-hosting a podcast, working as videographer and editor for a marketing company, and co-editing a theatrical feature length documentary. With experience in editing, cinematography, screenwriting, marketing, and directing, Wes has independent experience crafting wedding videos, commercial spots for businesses, and directing a series of music videos for the band Me Like Bees.

Wes strives to provide high-quality video and film work to the Joplin area and beyond, and bring his creative eye for great images to every project he does.
